LET’S GET RAMONZITA PROSECUTED!
I have been recently been contacted by two Law Enforcement Agents (can’t reveal their names), but they are from very big International Law Organizations, and they told me that if we can get enough evidence from SL users about the criminal activities of Ramonzita or any other criminal hacker, they can actually take action and make LL collaborate with their investigation.
If you have any criminal evidence against Ramonzita, such as an extortion for money, an original picture used without your permission in a video, any copy bot proof of your creations, or a threat of any kind, please send it to me, and I will forward them to these officers. Please include information about your reports to linden labs, when was it reported and what feedback you received in reference to said report. They are eager to take all necessary actions to see that these people get prosecuted by law.
From what I understand, all of these offenses are real life crimes, for which Ramonzita, and any other accomplice, can get criminally charged in a real life Court of Law.
These law enforcement officers, already have two Real Life companies collaborating with their investigation. They also have over 20 of his/her alts and real avatars, but the more evidence we get, the better; So please take action and let’s help stop virtual criminal activities by letting them know that something can be done about it. Send your reports as soon as possible!

How can I get proof that some of my products was copy-botted besides searching the marketplace or stumbling by chance inworld with a copy owned by someone that is not in my clients records?
There are In-World organizations that work against Content Thieves (copybotters) from those that offer advice to those that actually investigate and fight. A great deal depends on what you create, as to how to determine its a direct copy. If that route does not appeal to you, then checking the copybot blogs and forums might help you find examples of stolen content.
We have been in contact with interpol already..
if your damage is over 10000 € you can go to court.
Interpol is already running after Ramonzita .

btw LL has to provide RL info or IP if a court is asking

Not only is it important to stop the actions of this figure, it’s also time for LL to take some responsibility and be a bit more proactive to make SL a fair and just platform where crime doesn’t pay. I’ve came across a petition with just that purpose is anyone would be interested. The more different angles LL is pushed, the better.

This character has set themselves up as a genuine cyber criminal, and needs to be prosecuted as such, to the fullest extent of International Law. I hope that The FBI, et al make a proper example of him, as a warning to others that this type of criminal victimization, will not be tolerated in The Worldwide Web Community, just as it is not in RL.

I am receiving tons of emails – Thank you guys! I am forwarding them to the proper authorities. I cannot disclose their names at their petition, but they proved their identities to me and I know for a fact Ramonzita’s marketplace shop and avatar are banned! Let’s keep going.

Considering how often the Lab keeps pushing this issue aside, it would not surprise me if they were criminally liable as an Accessory. Silence and inaction is what keeps Extortionists in business. Silence and the Lab’s unwillingness to take action are the factors that have emboldened both Content Thieves and Extortionists like Ramonzita.
My personal feeling is that we ought to get up a Civil court action in the US against the Lab for their part in enabling and encoraging Ramonzita and those that follow that example.
If you are serious about reporting a crime, you do everything it takes and then some to get it resolved.
If ‘real life’ agencies were working on it – the first thing they would do is subpoena the Lab for the information.
This is how things work outside of the movies.
I would suggest sending anything and everything you have and let law enforcement sort out the relevant information.
Just let me know what documents you need. I have already submitted several to Yahoo! LL and Google.
